Nana’s Kitchen — Postmenopausal Blend

This blend was inspired by my loving Nana and days spent with her in the kitchen. It is a relaxing herbal blend with a balance of herbs to promote overall health, for postmenopausal individuals in particular.

 
Steep for 8-10 min. at 200°

spearmint, ginger root, Motherwort, chamomile

WARNING: Should only be consumed by postmenopausal individuals or anyone without a uterus. Do not drink if pregnant, trying to become pregnant, or breastfeeding. Motherwort may cause uterine bleeding and may cause loss of pregnancy.
